    Dear openHPI team,

is this schedule fixed for 2014 or is there a chance that this years BPM course (Prof. Dr. Weske) will be offered again in 2014.

    Regards, Carsten.

      Hi Carsten,

right now there are no plans for a 2014 version of BPM. But i suggest you follow openHPI News in case this might change or be extended during 2014.

Concerning the course: Concepts of Parallel Computing
‘Participants should have knowledge in at least one programming language’
    May this be ABAP?
I am an ABAP developer with great interest in HANA.
I followed openSAP ‘Introduction to software development on SAP HANA’ and openHPI ‘In-Memory Data Management 2013’ and am part of our companies ‘ABAP optimization on SAP HANA’ global community.
In this light, how usefull will this course be for me?
I don’t see at this moment what could be done in ABAP to invoke parralell processing in the HANA database. With SQLscript procedures in HANA itself, there might be more do’s and don’ts.

    Just a suggestion…
I think will be good if we have a option to add a reminder to subscription in this list. To make easy add in our agendas.

Is the Semantic Web technologies course identical to the one proposed in 2013? If not (which I assume), which changes can we expect?

Is it correct that all following courses for 2014 except for “Introduction to Internet Security” are repetitions of last year?
